D AND P Branding
My own company: a one-stop branding partner built on the idea Create Business, Create Success. Founding it means owning strategy, positioning, supplier relationships, quoting and delivery — the same commercial thinking I bring to every client build.
The context
Businesses do not want seven suppliers for uniforms, signage, promotional products and events — they want one partner who takes the brief and delivers. D AND P Branding was founded to be that partner: a one-stop branding company serving SMEs, corporates, schools, government and non-profits.
The problem
Offering a wide product range normally means owning production — a factory, stock and the overheads that come with them. The challenge was to deliver corporate branding at that breadth without the machinery: to build a company on relationships, positioning and delivery rather than capital equipment.
The approach
Build a vetted supplier network — Amrod, Barron, Lauren Blue, Brand Mania and others — and stand in front of it with one accountable face. The client deals with one company; the network delivers the range. Positioning, quoting and delivery stay in-house, because they are the business.
What was built
The offering
- Corporate branding, uniforms, promotional products, gift sets, signage, PPE and branded footwear
- Campaigns, golf days, events and venue sourcing
- Websites, social media and content — the digital arm
The model
- A vetted supplier network — Amrod, Barron, Lauren Blue, Brand Mania and others — delivering a wide product range without owning a factory
- Serving SMEs, corporates, schools, government and non-profits
The outcome
A working company — and a founder's education you cannot buy. Every Kaizen Media project benefits from it: when I build a website or a business system, I am not guessing at how quoting, suppliers, margins and delivery feel from the owner's chair. I have sat in it.
The kaizen part: founding a company means owning strategy, positioning, supplier relationships, quoting and delivery — the same commercial thinking I bring to every client build.
